Educarte has been a beacon of hope since 2016, serving at-risk youth in Puerto Peñasco, Mexico, with tutoring, food relief, and life-changing
resources. As the organization evolved, it recognized a pressing need in the community—for children with disabilities who lacked access to specialized education and therapy services In 2023, Educarte expanded its mission by opening a multidisciplinary therapy clinic. By August 2024, it launched Escuela de Victoria, a private special education program developed in partnership with Victory Autism Academy in Arizona. This marks the first of its kind in the region, offering vital, dedicated services for students often excluded from traditional public schooling. These efforts are further supported by the Victory Foundation, which ensures sustained philanthropic support for Escuela de Victoria and Educarte’s work—bringing much-needed stability and consistency to families across the border.
